The Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce will highlight the region’s dining scene during the 18th annual Chamber Restaurant Week, scheduled for January 31st through February 7th, 2026.

The weeklong event is expected to feature more than 80 local restaurants from Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, each offering specially priced prix-fixe menus, signature dishes and new culinary creations. Organizers say the event is designed to encourage residents and visitors to explore the area’s diverse food offerings while supporting locally-owned restaurants.

According to the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, last year’s Chamber Restaurant Week generated strong interest, with approximately 80,000 website views and more than 180,000 clicks directing diners to participating restaurants’ menus and websites. The event has become one of the Lowcountry’s most anticipated annual culinary promotions.

Menus for participating restaurants will be posted and updated regularly leading up to the event at ChamberRestaurantWeek.com.

Chamber Restaurant Week will officially kick off with a launch event at Rollers Wine & Spirits on January 29th. Additional details about the kickoff event are expected to be announced closer to the date.

The chamber encourages diners to check the website frequently as menus are added and to make reservations early during what organizers describe as one of the busiest dining weeks of the year.
