Jazz For All Ages returns to Hilton Head with star-studded lineup

Bob Masteller’s Jazz For All Ages Jazz Fest will return to Hilton Head Island Oct. 12-13, 2025, bringing acclaimed performers, musical tributes and emerging young talent to the Sonesta Resort.

Presented by the Junior Jazz Foundation, the two-day festival will feature performances honoring Duke Ellington, Harry Belafonte and Nat King Cole, along with jazz brunches and appearances by young musicians.

The Ulysses Owens Jr. Big Band will perform with vocalist Lisa Fischer in “125 Years of The Duke: A Tribute to Duke Ellington.”

Vocalist René Marie and Experiment in Truth will present “Jump in the Line! Celebrating Harry Belafonte,” while Edwin G. Hamilton will honor Nat King Cole with “Unforgettable.”

The lineup also includes Brittany Turnipseed, an Apollo winner whose performance will feature gospel and jazz.

Each day will begin with a jazz brunch. The Junior Jazz Rising Stars will open the evening performances, giving young musicians an opportunity to share the stage during the festival.

Proceeds from the festival support the Junior Jazz Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides musical instruments, lessons and other opportunities for young musicians.

The festival will take place at the Sonesta Resort on Hilton Head Island.
