HarbourFest celebration to light up Shelter Cove July 4

Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina will celebrate Independence Day with live entertainment, family activities and a fireworks display on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

The holiday festivities are part of HarbourFest, the marina’s annual summer entertainment series featuring music, arts and crafts, children’s activities and seasonal fireworks.

A special patriotic performance by entertainer Shannon Tanner is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. Tanner’s July Fourth appearances are part of the HarbourFest summer schedule that runs throughout the season.

Nearby, Super Summer Jams will take place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Shelter Cove Community Park. The event will include inflatable bounce houses, face painting and opportunities for families to gather before the evening fireworks. Organizers encourage visitors to bring lawn chairs and enjoy food and refreshments available from area restaurants.

The celebration will conclude with HarbourFest fireworks beginning at 9 p.m. over Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. The July Fourth display is one of a series of fireworks shows scheduled throughout the summer season.

Organizers note that all entertainment and fireworks events are subject to change and weather conditions. Drones are prohibited during fireworks displays for safety reasons.
